Delivery Policy

Delivery Time

If products are in stock, Noritake Australia will normally dispatch your order within 3 business days of accepting your order. Once dispatched you will be notified by Australia Post via email with a tracking number. After dispatch, the order should arrive within 2-10 business days depending on your location.

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as parcels that are returned to us as undelivered will incur a re-delivery fee.

Delivery Options

Customer orders are dispatched  through Australia Post as a door to door receipted delivery. Due to the nature of our product a signature is required. We will not accept a ‘authority to leave’ request.

Delivery Charges

Orders valued under $200 will incur Delivery & Handling charge of $9.99. Orders over $200 will not be charged delivery fees. Free delivery charge refers to 1 order and 1 delivery destination; multiple orders may not be combined.

Re-Delivery Charges

If your order is returned to Noritake Australia as undelivered due to insufficient or incorrect delivery address provided, it will incur a re-delivery charge of $9.99. Original Freight charges paid are not refundable.

Delivery Outside Australia

Noritake Australia does not ship products outside Australia.

Return Policy

At Noritake, we believe quality should not only be about  products, but should also be about providing quality service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase  please contact our Customer Service team via email at info@noritake.com.au.

Defects

We will replace any items which are faulty or damaged. Please email a photo of the broken item(s) to Customer Service via email at info@noritake.com.au within 14 days of order delivery.

Breakages

We will replace any items which arrive broken. Please email a photo of the broken item(s) to Customer Service via email at info@noritake.com.au within 14 days of order delivery.

Change of Mind

Change of mind orders are accepted, provided they are undamaged, unused and in original condition and packaging. To return item/s you must notify us within 14 days of order delivery. Please email Customer Service via info@noritake.com.au  to confirm your return and receive a instructions on how to return your item/s.

If you are requesting a refund, the cost of the product(s) will be refunded upon receipt of the return. We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.

Any delivery costs associated with the original order will not be refunded (unless the product is broken/faulty). Any delivery costs relating to the return will not be covered.

Delivery Policy – Retailer orders

Delivery Options

Retail orders are dispatched through our contracted courier Star Track. It is thus important that the delivery address is one where there is someone present during the day to sign for the delivery. Star Track Express cannot deliver to PO Boxes. All risks associated with product passes onto you (the customer) upon receipt of goods.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charge for retail orders is $25 ex. gst. All orders over $1000 ex. gst do not incur a delivery charge – they are freight free.
