COATED ABRASIVES
Coated abrasives are used in grinding and polishing applications. One example of a coated abrasive is sandpaper. Noritake’s coated abrasive are used in metal grinding, stone grinding, and recently, in the electronics field as an important tool for polishing. Noritake features a full range of shapes, from flat sheets to looped belts, offset wheels, and Flap Disks fused cutting blades.
Coolants
COOLANTS

Coolants are used for grinding, polishing, and cutting. Our products consist of Noritake Cut (an oil-based coolant used for cutting and polishing work), and Noritake Cool (a water-based coolant widely used for grinding). Noritake Cool comes in three types: Emulsion – for better lubrication, Soluble – for excellent wash ability, and Solution – for outstanding cool ability. Noritake also offers specialized fluids optimized for various materials and requirements, such as glass type surfaces.
