We will, offer a replacement or refund for any defective product within 1 year of purchase. This does not include any damage caused by misuse, accident, abuse, negligence or by not following care instructions specified by Noritake Australia. This warranty does not exclude, restrict, or modify any state or federal legislation applicable to the supply of goods and services.
Conditions of the Anti-Chipping Guarantee
The guarantee is valid for all Noritake branded products that are labelled with “Chip Resistant”
The guarantee only applies to premium new products from the date on the invoice and is only valid upon presentation of the original invoice. The guarantee covers chips that occur during normal use (chilling, serving, washing and storage). All chips that result from non-standard or improper use, as well as complete or partial breakage of the chinaware, are excluded from this guarantee.
Noritake reserves the right to check whether the chip originated during normal use by checking the defective products in situ or requesting the return of the entire product for assessment if required
In the case of a claim and at the discretion of Noritake Australia, products shall either be replaced, or the purchase value of the products shall be refunded. Products that are exchanged are then deemed the property of Noritake Australia
In the event of a successful claim, the original guarantee will neither be renewed nor extended.
Please note: the backstamp on the products will state EPOCH Collection.
Please be aware Epoch is a sub-brand of Noritake, it is still designed, produced, and manufactured by Noritake. However, it is created with premium Ivory porcelain – which allows for affordability but still maintaining Noritake’s high standard quality product.
