Noritake Australia Loyalty Program & Points  – Terms & Conditions

The Noritake Australia Loyalty Program is the customer loyalty program which Noritake Australia operates throughout Australia, exclusive to www.noritake.com.au.

By creating a Noritake Australia account, and shopping online, you agree that these Terms and Conditions will apply to you in respect of the Noritake Loyalty Program.


Noritake Australia Loyalty Program refers to the Noritake Loyalty program which allows individuals to receive benefits with a Noritake Australia account, after applicable purchase on the website.

Noritake Australia account this refers to the individual’s account on Noritake Australia’s website, in order to earn and redeem points.

Member/Individual/User means an individual or customer who has been allocated a Noritake Australia membership number and whose Noritake Australia membership has not been terminated in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

Online/Website means www.noritake.com.au

Points refers to the rewards received after applicable purchase.

Redeem Points refers to the points that may be used as dollar(s) off a final price.

Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) means the terms and conditions on this page, as amended and published on the Noritake Australia website from time to time.

Who can join Noritake Australia Loyalty Program?

To join the Noritake Australia Loyalty Program, you need to have a current Australian residential address and valid email address. If you are under the age of 18, you need consent of your parent or guardian to join, earn and redeem points.

What are Noritake Australia Loyalty Points?

Noritake Australia Loyalty Points are what you collect when you make a purchase on our online store through an existing Noritake Australia account www.noritake.com.au. If stated certain promotions and sales will not allow users to earn or redeem points.

You are unable to earn points using other points.

How can I earn & redeem Points?

To earn points:

For every $10 spent, the customer will earn 1 Point- Earn 1 Point for every $10 you spend

To redeem points:

For every 1 Point redeemed at checkout, the customer will receive $1 off the final price.

When are my Points available for use?

Points can take up to 48 hours before they are available for redemption.

Will my Points expire?

Yes, any unused points in your account will expire after six months from the date you last made a purchase.

Can I share my Points?

No, all points earned by the individual member is unable to sell, share or transfer points to other users.

What happens when I cancel my order? Or need a refund?

If you earn points on an order you have cancelled/refunded, you will receive the points back which were redeemed on the cancelled/refunded order. Noritake Australia reserve the right to determine whether the customer is eligible to earn back the points from the initial purchase – this will be at the discretion of Noritake Australia.

What are my responsibilities in relation to my membership?

You will need to keep your personal details updated by updating your Noritake Australia account or calling Noritake Australia. It is advisable all data is kept up to date, as Noritake Australia may not be able to provide points and fulfil your orders – we may need to cancel your membership.

It is your responsibility to keep your Noritake Australia account safe and secure. Please treat your password as your confidential information. You must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised use or access to your account. This includes that you must not use a password for your Noritake Australia account which you have used for any other of your other online accounts. You acknowledge that unauthorised access to your Noritake Australia account and personal information may occur if you do not take these steps.

Any tax, liability, or duty incurred by you arising from your participation in the Noritake Australia Loyalty program is your responsibility.


Both Noritake Australia and the individual member reserve the right to refuse or terminate the membership of the Noritake Australia Loyalty Program.

Individual membership is non-transferable.

If a membership is terminated from the Noritake Loyalty Program, all outstanding and future points will no longer be valid and will be rendered null and void.


Points are exclusive to individuals who have a Noritake Australia account and website orders only.

To earn or redeem points, the individual must be logged in to their Noritake Australia account. Individuals are unable to earn or redeem points on order outside of their Noritake Australia website account.

Noritake Australia will not be held responsible or liable if rewards are not able to be redeemed for whatever reason but specifically, in the case of a technical failure of software or hardware or an EFTPOS malfunction.

Noritake Australia cannot apply reward on a purchase where the payment has been finalised. Individuals must redeem reward(s) before they finalise their payment.

The Noritake Rewards Program Terms and Conditions may be modified at any point in time without prior notification by Noritake Australia in its absolute discretion. Despite anything to the contrary contained in this document, any modification to the Terms and Conditions may be applicable to a member.
